We are the distributors of Duroflex foam mattresses and pillows. Springtek: Duroflex springtek mattresses made of rubberized coir have a density of 800 kg/M3 + 5%. The top of the mattress is made of quilted cotton, viscose with PUF. There is coiled spring inside the mattress, which has been assembled on SPUHL Swiss Machine.This spring is sandwiched between rubberized coir on top and bottom.

Quilt:

Duroflex quilt mattresses made of rubberized coir have a density of 80 kg/M3 + 5%. The thickness of the mattress is 75/100/150 mm. The size is 2000(length) X 2000(breadth). The top is made of printed cotton/viscose satin weave.

Premium SDL:

Duroflex Premium SDL mattresses made of rubberized coir + flexi top have a density of 80 k/M3 + 5%. The thickness of the mattress is 50/75/100 and size is upto 2000(length) X 2000(breadth). The size of the top is 20 mm PUF/20 D + 5%. The cloth covering is made of fine printed satin or weave.

Crown:

This mattress is made of pure quilt on top with 15 mm Flexi PUF at bottom. Thickness is 125/150 mm. The cloth covering is made of Viscose/Polyster Jacquard cloth. The size is 2000(length) X 2000(breadth).

Duropillow:

Duropillows are available in three sizes-large, medium and small.
Large: These pillows are available in the dimension 660 X 406 X 126 mm.
Medium:The medium-sized pillows are available in the dimension 610X406X126 mm.
Small: Small-sized pillows are available in the dimension 533 X 356 X 126 mm.
